P56's Terms and Conditions — Full English Version

P56 (https://p56.bet) is an international-standard online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between p56 and each registered member of the platform. By creating an account or using p56, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in English for users in Bangladesh; however, the English version shall serve as the legally authoritative document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using p56.

P56 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be informed via the platform or by email before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on p56. Accounts registered with false or incomplete information may be suspended at any time, and any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct full name, phone number, and date of birth when registering an account.
• The payment account and the p56 account must be held by the same person.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely your responsibility.
• Sharing, lending, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• You may be required to submit relevant documents as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

P56 reserves the right to reject any account registration application without providing a reason.

To use p56, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. If any condition is not met, p56 reserves the right to close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals.

• Members must be at least 18 years of age.
• P56 cannot be used from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• P56 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on p56.
• Residents or nationals of restricted jurisdictions are not eligible to create an account.

P56 supports deposits and withdrawals via popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 1–3 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must be registered in the account holder's name.
• P56 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• AML policies are followed to prevent money laundering. Unusual transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• There are no charges for deposits. There are no hidden fees for withdrawals either.

Deposited funds are intended solely for use in betting or gaming. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without any gaming activity — commonly known as "money cycling" — is against p56's policy and may result in account closure.

P56 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and more. Each offer comes with specific terms that are stated on the relevant offer or promotions page.

• To withdraw a bonus, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements.
• A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering must be completed first.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or use the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled and may lead to account closure.
• P56 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses apply to verified accounts only.

Certain general rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and bingo on p56. These rules apply equally to all members.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, p56 will cancel that bet and return the deposit.
• In Sports Betting, the results provided by the official results authority will be considered final.
• In live betting, if a bet is confirmed late due to a connectivity issue, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• Progressive jackpot wins in slots or casino games will be subject to an additional verification process.
• If an abnormal win occurs due to a system error or software bug, p56 is not obligated to pay out that amount.

P56 exclusively offers RNG-certified games that have been independently verified by third-party auditors. Game outcomes are entirely fair and cannot be manipulated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p56. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating more than one account under the same identity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Placing bets using advance knowledge of a match or game outcome, or manipulating results in any way.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's information.
• Using p56 to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or hack the p56 system.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other members.

• Members' personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared where required by legal obligations or government directives.
• The platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Members may request the correction or deletion of their personal information.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits.
• Temporary self-exclusion is available if needed, ranging from 1 week up to 1 year.

• Providing false information.
• Involvement in fraud or prohibited activities.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, any remaining balance will be refunded to the member. If the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

• Any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
• Issues caused by faults in third-party software or services.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or account compromise by a third party.
• Service changes or discontinuation due to changes in applicable laws or regulations.

In the event of any dispute, p56's decision will be considered final. However, members may submit a complaint through our customer support.

P56 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via the platform before any changes take effect.

If a member continues using the platform after updated terms take effect, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page.
